Healthy Food, The Way We Thankful
One of the most
grateful pleasure in life is to eat. We can feel happy when we taste a delicious
food. We can feel love when we eat a food which made from a grandma’s recipe. For
some people, eating favourite food can turn down their stress. Eating also
bring energy to finish many tasks. There are a lot of miracle we can feel when
eating.
We have rights to eat
everything, but we have to choose our food wisely. We should remember that anything
comes into our mouth have effects for our health. Either the consequences is
good or bad, it depends on our choice.
The wise choice is to
choose a healthy food. It means
eating a variety of food that create good effect for our body. It consist of many
nutritients which our body needed. We need carbohydrates, fat, protein,
vegetables and fruits to supply vitamin and mineral for our body. It will be perfect
by drink a glass of milk and at least 8 glasses of water a day.
We should consider the
way the meal cooked too. Grilling and boiling is better than frying the food.
Eating food which prepared in home give us more guarantee than pick a fast
food. Besides the composition and the way of cooking, we should care with the
timing of eating. We can divide the food in small portion, and eat them several
times. Medical expert also suggest us to eat 3 times a day, as breakfast,
lunch, and dinner.
We
should be thankful because we still can eat anything, without direction or
limitation. There are a lot of people who get ill and they only eat selected
food. As long as we are still healthy, let’s celebrate our blessing in eating
by choose a healthy food.
